SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING

As an effort to play our part in recycling and being sustainable, Halcyon Daze Store will re-use old packaging materials that they have available and if they are suitable. We are always striving to learn, grow and better our business so our policy may change from time to time and we always welcome feedback on how we could improve!

VINTAGE GOODS

As a vintage trading store if the item is labelled as ‘pre-loved’ this means it has been pre-owned / used and is ‘vintage’. With all things vintage, items can range from 70 to 15 years old and naturally some wear and tear may have been incurred.

As we hand source, select and curate all of our vintage collections, we take care to only select goods we truly love and items that we have carefully checked over ourselves. We will always do our utmost to ensure the listing has as much detail as possible about the items including any notable marks, chips or damages. With all things vintage, light wear should always be expected.
All listings should also include measurements of the items, however, if there is something specific you need to know that you feel is missing, you can reach out to us at contact@halcyondazestore.com and we will endeavour to get back to all emails within 24 hours.

It is also worth noting that with all vintage clothing sold, sizes through the years have changed. We will always list the size in the label along with a size we feel is best suited to fit (as these may be different) so please carefully read each listing to be sure you have checked the item will fit. We will also endeavour to list key measurements of any garments we feel needed, however, you can again reach out if you feel a measurement you require on a garment is missing.

RUGS
Please note lead time on rugs is 1 - 2 weeks for dispatch.

This is because, as a small business, we hold our bulk stock off-site with our supplier. In order to be as eco-friendly as possible we condense our customer orders to ship to us before we dispatch to you.

If you buy multiple items including a rug, then we will hold all other items, until we are ready to ship your complete order.

Do you ship outside of the UK?
We can! Because of the size and nature of our business, we find it hard to cater for all the product sizes and shipping options so, we ask all customers outside of the UK to complete a shipping quote form and we will let you know how much shipping will be. You can find the form HERE.

Do you offer discounts?

If you sign up for either of these discount cards, you will have access to an exclusive HDS discount amongst lots of other great deals for other amazing businesses,
As a small business, we work really hard to create and curate all the content and items on site whilst keeping margins low enough to not scare you away! We will struggle to offer further discounts on top BUT will always try and give back to you where possible. Please follow our Instagram page & sign up for our newsletter (you’ll find it at the bottom of every web page) as you will be sure to hear about anything happening through these channels.

Will you restock items?
We have a mix of new and vintage goods in store. We will always monitor stock levels of new goods and if something is in demand we will always aim to restock. We’ll try, where possible, to add lead times and pre-order options on stock but if you are unsure please get in contact with us.
Sadly the nature of the beast with vintage items means they are usually one off in our store so it’s important to grab an item you like before it’s too late! However, in general, we are drawn to the same / similar styles and we are constantly sourcing for collections. If you have something in mind you are looking for or want to add more pieces to an item, please do let us know what you are after and we can add you to our sourcing list and keep an eye out for items that you require! You can do this by contacting us via our contact us page and giving us as much detail as possible.
