Please note, due to the nature of the items we are shipping the costs do vary. All shipping is calculated on the weight of the product.
We did this as the fairest way to keep general costs down and ensure people pay fairly across relevant products

Processing time - We need up to 3 days to package your goods (unless ordering next-day delivery) (excluding rugs)
Processing time Rugs - We need 7-10 working days to process rugs. If you buy multiple items including a rug, then we will hold all other items, until we are ready to ship your complete order.
Shipping time - Royal Mail Tracked 48 // Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Orders must be placed before 10 am on the day of dispatch

Royal Mail - Tracked 48 // Next Day (RM tracked 24) deliveries must be placed pre-10 am

1-2 KG Standard - £5.95 // Next Day - £7.50

DORSET COLLECTION DISCOUNT
If you live in the local area and wish to collect an item from Halcyon Daze Store we’d love to let you :)
At checkout please select ‘collection’ as your shipping method and you will not be charged for postage. Please follow through with an email to us at contact@halcyondazestore.com to arrange a suitable time to collect.
The collection will be from our BH6 postcode.

SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING

As an effort to play our part in recycling and being sustainable, Halcyon Daze Store will re-use old packaging materials that they have available and if they are suitable. Your box may look a little uglier when it arrives but you’ll still get that warm fuzzy feeling over your new treats inside. We appreciate your support and understanding in being that little bit more kind to Mumma Earth!

Returns

PRE-LOVED HOMEWARE / ACCESSORIES / BAGS

Due to the nature of our one-off vintage products and the size of our small business, we are not able to issue returns unless an item(s) is faulty, broken or grossly misrepresented.
All items will have the condition listed within the product descriptions, please ensure you have read and understood all product details before purchasing. Please contact us for more information on a certain product if you feel you need it.

PRE-LOVED CLOTHING / NEW GOODS

We hope you are as in love with your items as we are but, if you’re not fully happy, you need to let us know within 14 days of receiving the items beginning on the day after your order is received.

• If you've decided you wish to return your item - please click HERE to submit a new returns form before you ship goods.

• Within the following 24 hours you will then receive a returns confirmation email explaining where to ship your goods back to.

• Once received, please post the item back to our address, ensuring it arrives within 14 days. We recommend using a tracked postage service (including the appropriate amount of insurance) and for you to hang onto your receipt until your returned funds have cleared. Halcyon Daze Store are not responsible for any returned parcels lost or damaged in transit. We do not refund shipping charges.

• All items must be returned, unused/unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging with any tags still attached.

• When trying on clothing please check that you’re not wearing any deodorant, makeup, tan or perfume that may leave a mark or scent.

• Any items that are received back which are not in a resalable condition will be returned to you and a refund shall not be granted.

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.

• Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
